Fulfilling the requirements of the current legislation of Act 406/2000 Coll. – on energy management, implementing Decree No. 264/2020 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 222/2024 Coll.
The energy performance certificate of buildings is an integral part of the projects for the approval decision or an annex to the expert opinions required by subsidy titles (e.g. programmes of the State Environmental Fund – NZÚ [New Green Savings]; OPŽP [Operational Environmental Programme] ) or an annex to the real estate purchase contract.
Energy Performance Certificates [PENB] are also increasingly required by financial institutions.
